Ahoy! I am in somewhat of a goofy mood so I thought maybe we’d keep it lighter today. No need to be so serious ALL of the time, right? That being said, though a few quick business items. I purchased my business domain this week! I know last week, I said I was going with TTH Media, but it turns out that someone had that idea already so it was a no go. So instead, I am happy to report that I will now be conducting business under the name of SMNoob Media. Soon, There will be an SMNoob.com for you all to visit. Right now, it will redirect you right back here. I was a part of my very first podcast this week! It’s called InRetroSpection and it deals with retro video gaming. Basically, Joshua Caleb plays a retro game of his choosing and the other people on the podcast discuss it, most of the time humorously. This was an April Fools Day edition so there was a good bit of humor in this one. It should be up and ready on Sunday. So, that is all of the business I want to cover today. On to some fun! Time for some random thoughts! Emerald smoked almonds are among the greatest snacks of all time. All decisions about insignificant things are made by the internet. I am proud to participate in the decision making. I just recently started getting into Star Trek thanks to Star Trek Asterisk (hooray cheap plug) but I don’t know what took me so long. Football season is fast approaching but all I can think about is how sad I am that hockey season is almost over. Did someone say baseball? No, I don’t think anyone did. Every time someone says American cars aren’t reliable, I look at my 11 year old Chevy Impala. I have not had to put very much money into it in the 8 years I’ve owned it and it is still kicking at 150k miles. I love my Pimpala. I find that as I get deeper and deeper into Twitter, I have less random thoughts for times like this because I tend to share them immediately over there. Is there anything more rewarding than getting a song stuck in someone’s head? Tom fact: I love funny t-shirts. There, I said it. I don’t know why anyone bothers with 2 slice toasters. Just pony up and get the 4. I cut myself the other day and coffee came out. Maybe I should see a doctor. Ok, my brain hurts. Time for some smoked almonds.
